  • Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone/tablet
  • Select Search
  • Enter Wherever TV
  • Select our Wherever TV app to Install onto your device
  • Once it has downloaded, select Open where our app will load and prompt you to log in with your WhereverTV credentials. (If you do not have an account yet, you can sign up here to begin your free trial.)
  • You can also download the app directly from this link.

  • Open the App Store on your iPhone/iPad
  • Select Search on the bottom bar
  • Type “WhereverTV”
  • The WhereverTV app will appear in the search results
  • Select Get to begin downloading the app onto your device
  • Once it has downloaded,
  • Select Open where our app will load and prompt you to log in with your WhereverTV credentials. (If you do not have an account yet, you can sign up here to begin your free trial.)

When you first sign up with WhereverTV, you will be given a 14-day free trial period. You will be prompted to enter a credit card when your 14 day trail has expired so you don’t miss any of the great programming available on WhereverTV.

  1. Launch the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel.
  3. Alternatively, tap Menu -> My Apps -> Tap the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel -> Tap the app’s details page.
  4. Tap “Cancel” and “Yes” to confirm the cancellation.
  5. Now, the status of this Subscription has been changed from Subscribed to Canceled.

Cancel a recurring subscription on iOS

To view, change or cancel a recurring subscription:

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

  1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID. If so, you might have subscribed directly to the provider and not through iTunes. In this case, contact the content publisher or app developer directly to cancel your subscription.

  1. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

You can watch WhereverTV worldwide. Many of our channels are only available in the United States. If you are traveling, connect to the Internet, and the channels available in the territory will appear in your “MY CHANNELS” area.

Currently, WhereverTV supports Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0, Chrome, and Firefox through version 3.6.17 (but not version 4.0.1). Firefox users must have the latest Windows Media Player Plug-in installed to enjoy WhereverTV. Once you have installed the plug-in, you will need to close all browser windows and then re-openFirefox. The Firefox plug-in can be downloaded at: http://port25.technet.com/pages/windows-media-player-firefox-plugin-download.aspx

Safari (Mac) users will need to download the latest version of Windows Media Player for Mac OS X at: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/video/windowsmediaplayerformacosx.html

Just click on the “heart” button next to any channel.

In the future, you can find all your favorite channels in the “Favorites” section of your channel guide.

Just click on the + button next to any channel. The + button can be found in the channel lists by country, genre, or language, or in the channel description box to the right of the media player.

Click on the “Contact Us” link in the top header. Provide as much information about the channel as you can and click the “Submit” button.
