  • Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone/tablet
  • Select Search
  • Enter Wherever TV
  • Select our Wherever TV app to Install onto your device
  • Once it has downloaded, select Open where our app will load and prompt you to log in with your WhereverTV credentials. (If you do not have an account yet, you can sign up here to begin your free trial.)
  • You can also download the app directly from this link.
  • Open the App Store on your iPhone/iPad
  • Select Search on the bottom bar
  • Type “WhereverTV”
  • The WhereverTV app will appear in the search results
  • Select Get to begin downloading the app onto your device
  • Once it has downloaded,
  • Select Open where our app will load and prompt you to log in with your WhereverTV credentials. (If you do not have an account yet, you can sign up here to begin your free trial.)

When you first sign up with WhereverTV, you will be given a 14-day free trial period. You will be prompted to enter a credit card when your 14 day trail has expired so you don’t miss any of the great programming available on WhereverTV.

  1. Launch the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel.
  3. Alternatively, tap Menu -> My Apps -> Tap the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel -> Tap the app’s details page.
  4. Tap “Cancel” and “Yes” to confirm the cancellation.
  5. Now, the status of this Subscription has been changed from Subscribed to Canceled.

Cancel a recurring subscription on iOS

To view, change or cancel a recurring subscription:

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

  1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID. If so, you might have subscribed directly to the provider and not through iTunes. In this case, contact the content publisher or app developer directly to cancel your subscription.

  1. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription via our website in the “MY ACCOUNT” then go into “Subscriptions” or you can call our Customer Care Team toll free at 855-943-7383, Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. For more information about cancellations, please review our Terms of Use at wherever.tv. If you signed up your account through an in-app purchase in either iTunes or Google Play, you will need to cancel your account in the app store.

To update your profile or settings on Wherever.tv, log in and click on the “MY ACCOUNT” menu option to:

  • Update subscription
  • Update address
  • Update payment method
  • Review account details
    • Email address
    • Change password
  • Log out

You can watch WhereverTV worldwide. Many of our channels are only available in the United States. If you are traveling, connect to the Internet, and the channels available in the territory will appear in your “MY CHANNELS” area.

It is effortless to subscribe to WhereverTV, all you need is a valid credit card or debit card. We do not require that you sign a contract and we will not check your credit.

No contracts and no cancellation fees only pre-paid subscriptions in 1, 6 or 12 months! Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you choose to cancel your subscription. You may cancel at any time so that it will not renew after the current subscription period.

Yes! You can share your subscription with your family on up to three devices simultaneously at no additional cost so that your family can enjoy our programming as well.

You can access and stream from your active WhereverTV account right from our site. We recommend using Chrome browser.

The short answer is: the faster your connection, the better your experience will be with our service.  A broadband connection of at least 1 Mbs is needed.  To check the speed of your Internet connection, run a free bandwidth speed test at: http://www.speedtest.net/

Click on the “Contact Us” link in the top header. Provide as much information about the channel as you can and click the “Submit” button.
